On November, 28th, 2022 CALIPER Project Sustainability Workshop was organized by Yaşar University JM Centre of Excellence (EU Center). The workshop is aimed at facilitating the process of elaborating the Sustainability Plan for the Yaşar University Gender Equality Plan (GEP) which is developed within the scope of the CALIPER project. Among the workshop participants, there were members of the GEP working group, middle and high management, HR and gender equality officers, and other internal stakeholders supporting the GEP implementation.

During the event first, the institutional coordinator of CALIPER project Assoc.Prof.Dr. Gökay Özerim provided detailed information about the Gender Equality Plan (GEP) implementation process at Yaşar University and then participants discussed the sustainability strategy of the GEP in six different gender equality action fields.
