Description | NGO Inceptus (Lithuania) in cooperation with NGO Development and Initiative (Ukraine) is going to apply an international youth exchange, which aims to promote the entrepreneurship spirit among youth for the sustainable development of communities on both EU and Non-EU. At the end of the project it is expected that participants have concrete ideas about social affairs, can seek opportunities and funding sources for projects of social entrepreneurship in the countries in which they belong and to continue transnational cooperation through networking between participants.
Project aims: Getting knowledge on how to become a social entrepreneur and how you can change the community to which you belong; Understanding Concept of eco-entrepreneurship and acquisition of knowledge in youth work; Getting knowledge on how to create a business with a social impact by acquiring skills and knowledge for social business ideas and methods of writing projects and business plans; Gained skills and knowledge that will help participants to gain access to the labor market; Discovering and a better understanding of the social and environmental problems in countries belonging participants; Inspiration and motivation of participants to make changes in their communities and begin working party to improve the situation of the communities to which they belong. There is a triple bottom line what makes eco-enterprises special: social, environmental and economic targets: Social: work opportunities for young people, the solution to the unemployment problem, especially for people with fewer opportunities, refugees, asylum seekers, migrants. |
