SUSTAIN-CE 1^St Pilot Academy was successfully organised by ISQ, in Lisbon, Portugal from 15^th to the 17^th of March 2022. Experts from all partners followed the training and participated in very interesting lectures related to the two thematics of the Academy; Sustainability and Water Resources Engineering & Sustainability and Circular Economy in Transportation Engineering; delivered by Assoc.Prof. Mir Jafar Sadegh Safari, Dr. Tolga Ercan, Prof. Sotiris Theofanis and Assoc.Prof Volkan Emre Uz.
Also key keynote speakers,  Prof. Helena Ramos contributed with presentation on the Modern Challenges in Water Sustainability, and Prof. Maria-Poulia Boile on the Prospects and Challenges of Greening and Circular Economy Practices in the Port Sector.
