Reach Out Project’s Local Testing Session has Successfully Completed
Pilot testing session of the “Empowering of Youth Workers to Reach Out Young Migrants and Refugees” (REACH-OUT) project was organized on February 20th and 21st 2018.
The pilot testing on training modules designed to improve the competences of youth workers to support young immigrants and refugees was held on 20-21 February 2018 by project coordinator Yaşar University and “Eski Avrupa Gönüllü Hizmeti Gönüllüleri Gençlik Derneği (TREX-EVS) is one of the partners.
The representatives of non-governmental organizations working in the field of youth and migration and youth workers who are working independently or voluntarily in these fields have participated in the testing session. During the workshop, two of the modules titled “Understanding Immigration” and “Developing and Implementing Initiatives” were tested and participants’ opinions were collected to improve modules.
