News In Map Project Staff Training on Entrepreneurship and Leadership

As part of the Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnership project “New Employability Within Self-Leadership in Music Academic Programs (NEWS IN MAP)” staff training has been completed successfully between days 26-30 October 2020 as an online training.
The training was designed for staff and teachers working in higher music education institutions. It was aimed to provide an understanding of entrepreneurship, its benefits and having reflected on best case examples to the participants also help them to apply an insight into a plan for themselves to make changes at their institution.
Participants from different countries like Italy, Turkey, Ireland, Belgium and Cyprus attended sessions on Music, Cultural Engagement&Entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurship and Covid-19; Innovation Strategy and Innovation Performance; Cooperative Learning and Technology; Cultural Intelligence for Music Entrepreneurship; Social Media; Leadership; Innovative Thinking during 5 days.
