As part of the Jean Monnet Module project coordinated by Dr. Lecturer Gökay ÖZERİM, “Migration and Security in the EU” Summer School started on 14 May 2018 at Yaşar University.

Total 46 participants from public bodies, non-governmental organizations, universities and private sector will attend lectures on migration, European integration process and security during 4 weeks.

First day of the Jean Monnet Summer School, Dr. Lecturer ÖZERİM gave a speech about ‘Migration Terminology and Concepts’. The program continued with group workshops. Participants discussed about migration terminology and shared group works about migration concepts.

The afternoon session was dedicated to the EU Integration Process which is delivered by Prof. Dr. Aylin GÜNEY, the Dean of Human and Social Sciences.
