European Union Reserach Center Seminars

Within the scope of European Union Research Center Seminars, “How Herbivore Europe Survives in the Carnivore World?” was held on 19 November 2019 at Yaşar University with the participation of Prof. Dr. Tarık Oğuzlu, as a speaker, from Department of Political Science and International Relations, Antalya Bilim University.

During the interactive seminar, Prof. Dr. Tarık Oğuzlu shared his opinions and suggestions about the strategies and global vision that the European Union should follow to adapt to the changing world order of the European Union on the question of what the role of the herbivore EU in the carnivore world. In addition to the students, academics, and researchers attending the seminar from Yaşar University, the participants from abroad as well showed great interest.

Prof. Dr. Tarık Oğuzlu, who is also the director of the Social, Economic and Political Research Center operating within the body of Antalya Bilim University; works in the fields of international relations theories, Europeanization of foreign policy, transatlantic relations and NATO, European Union foreign security and defense policies, Middle East and Turkish-Greek relations, Cyprus problem and Turkish foreign policy in general.
