Within the scope of Erasmus+ KA2 Capacity Building in the Field of Youth Project “Cammini Minimi”, two capacity building training courses were organized in Kenya and the Democratic Republic of the Congo in March and May 2019 respectively. During the two-week training course in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, participants from youth organizations were able to learn essential elements of network building in youth organizations as well as volunteer management, volunteer activity planning and conflict resolution.  

During the two-week training course in Kenya, the young participants were able to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of project design and management, fundraising strategies and volunteer management.
