On September, 15th, 2022 “Gender Sensitive HR Management Training” was organized by Yaşar University EU Center in cooperation with the Human Resources Department. The training is part of the actions of Yaşar University Gender Equality Plan (GEP) which is developed within the scope of the CALIPER project.

During the event, the trainer, gender expert Ece Öztan (Ph.D.) first provided information about the basic concepts regarding gender equality and then gave detailed information about gender-sensitive human resources management to the academic and administrative staff of the Yaşar University.
