Approved New Erasmus+ KA1 Projects

We are happy to announce that our two new  Erasmus+ Youth projects have been approved by the European Union.

The funded projects will provide opportunities to engage our students for the proposed international project activities. The process for the involvement in the activities will be shared with our students during 2016-2017 academic year.

The brief information about the projects are below:

“Create, Act and Manage (CreACT-Ment)” Training Course Project:

As part of Erasmus+ Youth Programme –  Key Action 1, the training course entitled “Create, Act and Manage (CreACT-Ment)” will bring together 26 youth workers from Turkey, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia, Croatia.

By supporting youth workers/students to develop required knowledge, skills, and attitude for organizing creative international projects, the main objective of the training course will be to raise awareness on creativity and project management by using intercultural dialogue as a tool.

The project coordinator will be Başak USLU and training team will be consisted of Assist. Prof.Dr. Gökay ÖZERİM, Burcu KİPER and Güldan KALEM.

“Live, Act, Volunteer” European Voluntary Service Project:

“Live, Act, Volunteer” project is a  European Voluntary Service (EVS) Project under Erasmus+ Programme – Key Action 1. The project activities will be  organized by cooperation with an NGO in Italy. This EVS-project aims to develop young people’s competences by providing voluntary activities in the themes of youth participation and intercultural  learning. In scope of the project, Yasar University will provide voluntary work opportunities for the selected students in NGOs of Italy.
