Description
“Involving and Embracing Mentalities” project was a training course with the participation of 21 youth workers representing nine partner countries from Armenia, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine held in Lithuania. The project aimed at reaching youth workers to address the problems of refugees and immigrants.
The training course carried out within the scope of the project adopted a multidisciplinary approach and activities based on non-formal learning methods.
Throughout the project, participants had the opportunity to explain their opinions, findings and proposals on inclusion of immigrant and refugee students in social activities under a guidance framework for universities and Civil Society Organizations. Participants took part in post-project expansion activities to better understand the effectiveness of the project and to evaluate their experience objectively.
