The Joint Staff Training of the EMPLOY project was organized on the 21st, and 22nd of January 2021.

The training was aimed to provide general guidance on the methodologies and key issues of mentoring for counseling to support young people with limited opportunities or disadvantages, young people who are NEETs and young migrants in their successful entry into the job market. 

The EMPLOY project is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme- Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships in the Field of Education, Training and Youth and the main objective is to develop collaborative online mentoring hub, where young people can find advice, mentoring, and peer learning that will help them in improving their employability skills with the aim to enter the labour market and reach successful professional realisation.

The two key tools of the mentoring process are EMPLOY e-Hub and EMPLOY Skills and Competences Handbook that is going to be published in all project partners’ languages including Turkish soon.
